The First Responders & Justice Subcommittee includes individuals actively working in organizations within this sector.  It is also open to community members who are interested in learning about the sector and how they can best support the resilience of those directly involved with it.  Meetings provide the opportunity to connect with other organizations, share lessons-learned, and work together to implement trauma-informed and resiliency-focused policies, procedures, and programs. The subcommittee strives to help first responders and judicial staff take care of themselves so they can better serve and support others.
