The Equity and Inclusion Sub-Committee of the New Hanover County Resiliency Task Force intentionally uplifts the voices of the people who are historically marginalized and underserved and strives to achieve systems change by identifying and dismantling policies and practices in our community that perpetuate oppression and trauma.
