The 4th-12th Grade Subcommittee works together to raise awareness of the impact of adverse childhood experiences on our students and school systems and advocate for trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive practices in school settings and youth-serving organizations. Our members represent the community, schools, and a variety of organizations. They are committed to supporting the resilience of staff and students. Meetings provide the opportunity to learn about current efforts in local schools, how we can better support their efforts, and identify how we can advocate for them.
