This month, to uplift racial equity and celebrate Black History Month, the discussion will highlight Black resilience and the effects of historical trauma and adversity.
View the award-winning documentary 'Resilience: The Biology of Stress and the Science of Hope'. The film screens in the Cameron Art Museum’s (CAM) spacious reception hall from 12 PM to 1 PM, followed by an optional brief discussion with other community members.
The CAM offers free screenings of ‘Resilience’ on the first Friday of each month (unless there is a holiday and then it moves to the second Friday). Feel free to grab lunch at the CAM café or bring your own lunch!
